That being said, the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments were a life changer for me… I had EXCELLENT results after only one treatment, and I get a minimum of at least two a year now. Truly LIFE changing… unbelievable results!! I was very “foolish” in my youth and caused a lot of damage chasing the perfect tan… but the IPL treatments have worked tremendously in reversing, I would say, over 75% of all the damage and I keep up with them annually, and/or as needed.
I have been hesitant to engage in injections up to this point… I have been blessed with good genes and my skin is in good condition after years of indulgent care. At almost 50, I am NOT unhappy with my skin’s appearance, I am always trying to proactively treat the aging process. Kelly has been very patient with me and very honest and does NOT oversell and push me in areas she can easily recognize I am not ready for – which led me to microneedling.
